We reserve the right to refuse to construct or host a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.

Responsibility for the adherence to UK law regarding disabled accessibility rests with the client and not with uk192.com. Adhering to accessibility guidelines may involve additional expense depending on a client's requirements.

The acceptance of a commission shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and uk192.com.

uk192.com cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a commission but will arrange a date with the client as to when work can commence.

Before work begins on a commission, uk192.com requires a deposit from the client. This will range from 50% to Full payment being required.

The copyright for all material used by uk192.com, such as HTML code, graphics, videos, photographs and text, will remain the property of uk192.com until such time as payment has been made in full whereupon they will become the property of the client. (content management facility remains the property of uk192.com)

uk192.com makes every effort to design pages which display acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after pages have been designed.

uk192.com does not undertake to promote a client's website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes uk192.com to promote a web site as a separate commission, uk192.com will make every reasonable effort to promote the website effectively but cannot guarantee high placings in search engine results.

uk192.com can accept no responsibility or liability if any search engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part of a web site promotion commission, chooses not to list a client's web site.

uk192.com will initially place the client's website on uk192.com's server during The Website Development Cycle in order that the client may view and comment upon the website's progress. When both uk192.com and the client agree that the website meets the criteria agreed during the commissioning process, uk192.com will publish the website to the clients chosen url.

If at any point during the Website Development Cycle a client wishes to cancel, they may do so but will be invoiced an amount that uk192.com judges to be proportional to the amount of work completed on the commission.

If, during the Website Development Cycle, the client does not supply the content required in order to complete the commission within a reasonable amount of time, uk192.com will consider that the client wishes to cancel the commission.

uk192.com expects payment by cheque within 14 days of the date on the invoice.

uk192.com does not undertake to maintain or update a client's website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes uk192.com to maintain or update a web site as a separate commission, uk192.com will negotiate with the client a maintenance contract appropriate to the amount of work required.

uk192.com reserves the right to alter prices at any time without notice. If a client has commissioned any services from uk192.com prior to a change in prices, that commission will not be subject to any increase, but any subsequent commission may be subject to an increase.

The following terms and conditions apply to all services offered by uk192.com. By ordering services from uk192.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

uk192.com takes no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers accounts or servers - nor do we have a policy of policing clients' web content but if something is brought to our attention which contravenes the above, we reserve the right to remove the offending material and terminate our contract with the offending party without recompense.

Anybody using a website in order to obtain monies illegaly will have all of their online data made available to the authorities.

Certain types of content are not permitted to be hosted on our servers. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.

The use of our servers to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden.

uk192.com is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss due to interruption of service.

We reserve the right to refuse to serve the needs of an existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of uk192.com services. Inappropriate or unreasonable includes, but is not limited to, materials whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of uk192.com servers to serve other users' web presence, unreasonable consumption of disk space, internet link bandwidth, CPU, and memory usage.
Examples of inappropriate or unreasonable use include, but are not limited to, Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts which are not allowed on our servers under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and therefore is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP/ASP message forum. The use of web cam applications that maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.
If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our servers, please check with us before you do. uk192.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use. -
The customer will fully indemnify uk192.com against liability which may befall uk192.com as a result of the customers legal or illegal use of the services.

The customer will fully indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the customer or any other party.

Our servers may not be the source, intermediary or destination address involved in the transmission of spam. Spam is considered to be any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of newsgroups and email.

We reserve the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, where the user acts in an inappropriate manner or has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of uk192.com services.

uk192.com take the issue of security very seriously, every time you send your credit card and delivery information, we use the industry standard payment solution provider P.S.P to prevent the information from being intercepted. We accept the following credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. All orders will be processed in sterling.

The following terms and conditions apply to The uk192 Content Management Engine offered by uk192.com. By ordering these services from uk192.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

uk192.com is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss due to interruption of service.

uk192.com makes every effort to ensure that all servers are error free, however this cannot be guaranteed. Efforts will be made to correct any serious software errors that may be reported to uk192.com.

uk192.com agrees to provide support related specifically to The uk192 Content Management Engine via e-mail or telephone within normal office hours.

Delivery of Service: The clients provision of 12 months service starts at 9.00am on the morning of activation.

Annual payment for The uk192 Content Management Engine: You must inform uk192.com in writing at least 6 weeks before the end of your provision of service if you do not wish to use our service for the following year. Otherwise you will be invoiced, and full payment will be owed to uk192.com.
- Unless 6 weeks notice is given (see 5 above) or just cause for non payment is submitted, uk192.com will secure payment whenever possible using the original payment method provided 14 days after the annual payment is due.

Returns or refunds: Will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. If you have a question about your order and do not wish to handle it via email you may contact us at the address below.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.
uk192.com reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions.
- The client makes an enquiry about a website stating the requirements.
- uk192.com confirms that the enquiry has been received and advises on suitable options, cost and when work can begin.
- The client agrees upon a commission by confirming the requirements, paying uk192.com a deposit and supplying uk192.com with any content (ie text, images, photos etc) required to carry out the commission.
- The client works with uk192.com to choose a domain name. Once the domain name has been chosen the client is given the option to purchase the domain name themselves and we provide them with the nameserver details or as noment partners we are happy to register the domain name through Nominet on the clients behalf. - If the client already owns a domain name the client is provided with the new nameserver details to be used.
- uk192.com begins work and within 2-3 days of the agreed start date, uploads a preliminary start page to uk192.com's server for the client to view and comment upon.
- Within a 2-4 week period the website is constructed on uk192.com's server using feedback from the client.
- When payment has been received from the client, the website is published on the client's server.
- If the client wishes uk192.com to undertake maintenance of the web site, an agreement is reached about pricing
